Novachips, a South Korean-based memory manufacturer, announced that its new 400GB CFexpress Type A memory card — the type used by Sony cameras — costs just $140, which it says is less than some V60 and many V90 SD cards, but packs more than double the speed and nearly twice the storage capacity.
