Mimi Rogers, the Poker Star!

I have SO much respect for Mimi Rogers, not just as a poker player but as a person. After everything she's been through she's still just so strong and talented! She has been playing poker since she was like 10 years old, when her father taught her (just like me!) She played like a true poker professional when she appeared on the Celebrity Poker Showdown, and unlike some of the players there she isn't just a weekend "Poker sounds fun" kind of player. She has played in tournaments against poker kings the Phil Hellmuth and Devilfish, and even took home almost a million dollars at one of the tournaments she was in. A million dollars! She's no casual player, that's for sure!

Mimi Rogers has been acting for a long time. She has appeared in everything from summer blockbusters like "Lost in Space" with Matt Leblanc and "Austin Powers" with Mike Myers to more artistic movies like "The Mighty Quinn" with Denzel Washington. And the saddest thing, after all this, is that a lot of people still just think of her as Tom Cruise's ex wife!
